Mcat bio study

Looking at the study guide on sdn, the poster reccomendations BR for everything but bio, and EK for bio, which is less detailed, looking at both books there is a significant different in the detail and amount of info, Which is better for the mcat? BR or EK, or which practice passages better exemplify the actual mcat passages ?

Neither. But choose one you can roll with, that will challenge you. the real thing will be similar in some respects to portions of any study guide you choose. But it's design to be a cluster f**k. So use which ever will help you gain confidence so you can synthesize information on test day.
