Every school you apply to through AMCAS will see whether or not you have a future test date.

If I had a 34, I wouldn't touch a retake with a 10 foot pole. Apply with this score, you should get in somewhere if you have good ECs and GPA.

Tough spot to be in...dammed if you do, damned if you don't. If I were you, I would study my tail off for the retake and if you are hitting that 10+ on verbal on your practice tests I would go for the retake...chances are your score wouldn't decrease overall and if they ask why you retook a 34 at interviews you can explain you needed that 10 VR for Canadian schools.

Your VR is within a std dev of avg for matriculants I would guess, and PS and BS are way above. Not low enough to warrant retake imo, esp since you VR is typically the most difficult to improve and it'd put you real behind this cycle. Unless you're dying for Canadian Id try my luck with your current score

They are Canadian, you almost always NEED a 10VR, or even an 11VR at a few schools (and we only have 17) to have them even open your application.
