Does anyone know if the schools that have the minimum of three years mean three years to the time of application or three to the time of matriculation?

I've checked a few individual websites, and although they say three years, none of them really specificy. If anyone could provide an authoritative answer it would be a huge help.

I was also concerned about this during my application cycle last year. The schools I called said that they counted the time of application, not matriculation, but I am pretty sure these policies are school-specific. You may want to call the schools that you're interested in to find out.

I ran into this problem last year too. it's very school-specific, but I did find a bunch of schools that accept scores that are 3 years old at time of application. if it doesnt say on the website, you just give the admissions office a call and they will be able to tell you.
