MCAT Fee Assistance Program

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
No one is really going to be able to give you a good list without an MCAT score.

What if we just assume the MCAT is an average score, say 28-30 range? Although the average for MD is more like 32, right? I don't think I would even try applying to MD programs if I were below that.

You're fine for DO with an MCAT 502+ (500 minimum). For MD, it's going to be very tough unless you live in a lucky state or if you have a massive upward trend. For MD, you're going to want to aim for 512ish or higher to have a shot.

that's like a 34? right? and if I were to be fortunate enough to get a 34, suggestions on schools? I know there really isn't such a thing as low tier MD.
