I'd read the "Why Anki" section of my thread, and if it sounds good to you, I'd download the program and read along with the rest of that first page while working through the program yourself.

If you really want, you can download my MCAT deck (also in sig, 2014 exam topics only) but I think most of the value comes from making the cards.
