I am trying to submit early this year and thought about writing the MCAT on May 22nd.

Would early July be too late for admissions?

Secondly, could I submit the remaining part of my application and just release the scores when they arrive?

thanks

May 22nd is not too late for taking the MCAT. Submission in early July or late June should have a minimal, if not negligible, effect on your candidacy.

But, as many have recommended on this forum, move forward with all of your app on June 1 -- primary, LORs, transcripts, etc. Then when the scores go in, you can be verified fast.

Only prob is it leaves no time for a retake. (e.g., I had a meltdown during my MCAT and voided, then retook a month later and did fine.)
