Rochester, Brown and Hopkins used to not require it for certain stellar applicants. You could submit results from another standardized test. I am not sure if this is still true though.

Many Canadian schools do not require the MCAT. Also, some early assurance programs, like Wake Forest do not require it either. The MSAR should give you better info.

Many combined BA/MD programs do not require the MCAT. At UCSD, you can be accepted into this program as a high school senior and graduate eight years later with both degrees (the program is not accelerated, unlike the Northwestern or UCR/UCLA programs).

You don't have to take the MCAT to be in the HPME (accelerated BA/MD) program at Northwestern.

Not required at the Rice/Baylor BA/MD program. Also, some med schools used to not require the MCAT, though I think that all US Allopathic schools now do.

You don't have to take the MCAT if you enter advanced standing from dental school while doing a 6 year oral/maxillofacial residency.
