I just decided to take the mcat in january. I know I have about a month left to prepare and many on here would advise to postpone it to another date but if medical students can prepare for USMLE in 1 month and score well on it, why can't we do the same for MCAT?

I just decided to take the mcat in january. I know I have about a month left to prepare and many on here would advise to postpone it to another date but if medical students can prepare for USMLE in 1 month and score well on it, why can't we do the same for MCAT?

Those medical students have spent the last 2 years preparing for the Step 1 through rigorous medical school courses aimed at that very exam.

If you think you can do well on the MCAT in a month though, more power to ya. Good luck.
