hi. it's been a while so please bare w/ me because i forgot. i took the mcats last year. do i have to resubmit the scores to the schools i am currently applying to or is it automatically done through amcas? sorry! i tried searching but i guess no one else had this questions. thanks...

Scores are automatically released through AMCAS. It'll just show up on your new application.

If you don't mind....how bout a tangential question.

If you send your transcripts to be processed one cycle and you have to reapply do you have to send them the information again if you haven't done any more coursework. thanks

Yes, you have to resend them. AMCAS states on their site that transcripts are not kept from cycle to cycle. I found this one out the hard way (since I built my profile during the 2006 cycle, but didn't submit until the 2007 cycle and had to re-enter everything *and* track down additional transcripts). 😡
