mcat retake timing?

So I applied this year with all rejections and 1 wait-list. My mcat was a 27. I am thinking of taking 2 more classes and retaking the mcat. If I retake the mcat would July 13th be too late? I am a non-traditional and will continue working FT in the hospital and have become much more involved on numerous committees. Any other advice?
