I found this great MCAT study guide from AAMC:

The one problem with the list is that it includes everything that might appear and doesn't provide any indication of weight, even though some of those topics have a very, very low chance of appearing on an actual exam. To study efficiently, you really do need test prep books to guide you to the high-yield material.
