MCAT Study Material Free Online?

Does anybody know of websites or PDF they can attach or something that will let me study for the MCAT's from my computer? I am on my Co-Op right now and do about .5hrs. of work in an 8 hour day. I get so freaking bored and feel like I am wasting my time and want to make good use of it. I brought in my exam crackers book but can't do that anymore.
