The website definitely sucks, but in the interest of fairness, your 2-4 weeks is a bit over the top. West coast orders typically take about three to fives days from when they arrive at BR until they arrive at the buyer's address. East coast orders typiclly take about four to six days from when they arrive at BR until they arrive at the buyer's address. Granted, this is not counting the time it takes for mail to get to BR, but most orders take an overall time of about one to two weeks.
