MCCEE in one month

I was planning to give MCCEE somewhere in Jan but read on MCC website that Nov 13 is last date to give to be eligible for MCCQE Part 1 in Spring 2010. Can someone advise the books to read and source for questions given the time shortage. I had passed USMLE steps 1,2,3 in 2002-2004 but could not pursue residency due to family reasons. I doubt this will help considering the 5 yrs time gap. Any suggestions are welcome.

Study as per USMLE Step 2 CK. Same material but MCCEE is 4 hours versus 8. Question difficulty is similar though MCCEE has some easier questions as well as some tricky ones.

Do Toronto Notes and UW or Canadaqbank mcqs online. Since TN is too much to grab in one month, I would suggest to do the most important topics.
