MCCEE Scores

Hi all,

I'm a Canadian IMG hoping to obtain a residency in Canada.

So MCCEE scores came back for me y/d... 343

Looking on the MCC website, that places me in the 92nd percentile

Does anybody know what scores are considered 'competitive' for IMGs looking to enter the R1 match?

Not sure about your question, but was wondering if MCCEE is more similar to USMLE Step 1, or to Step 2? Is there a lot of basic sciences on the exam or is it more clinical management questions?

The EE is similar to Step 2CK but more straightforward and a lesser variety of topics. Most people do better on the EE than the CK.
