I did not see any review of this osteopathic program ,area is rural, does not operate like a teaching program, one really needs to do a internship or observership before anything else. was here as a student, potential candidate "at first" saw all the issues residents were facing including troubles at the hospital site and troubles at the residency clinic. fyi operates on paper charts

If you have concerns as a student based on what you've seen (and if it's bad enough for you to notice them, it could be critically bad) then I would steer clear. There are several threads here about FM programs getting shut down, for all you know they might be in trouble. If you really want to know reach out to a current resident there, if you know one.
