MD/DO LORs

Where are you guys getting your LORs from MDs or DOs? I have a few doctors I've shadowed, but never for longer than a day each... Is that sufficient exposure for the doctor to have with you in order to attain the LOR?

Shadowing or scribing is generally where people get them. You're supposed to build a bit of a relationship with them so they can write a recommendation at the end of your shadowing. A day's worth of shadowing isn't sufficient for that.

Unfortunately, that's all the hospitals around me provide, one day experiences.
