Yes there should be. Winged can you do this?
I'm not sure there is a need/enough volume for a Private Practice forum.

I think this will become a need as more docs may go into PP with the changes in healthcare..There is one - its called Practicing Physicians.

Yep.can a user only see that if they prove they're a doc or something? I just searched the index and saw nothing

The exact opposite is happening - more people are becoming employed physicians. The number of PP surgeons, for example, has fallen by more than 50% over the last decade. The same is true for many specialties where hospitals are employing individuals or purchasing large multidisciplinary groups.
Yes, there are but these are highly specialized unusual practices as you surely understand that there are very few patients who can afford care that is not covered (or requires additional OOP expense) by insurance. There are many more IM and FM direct patient care, concierge, etc practices popping up.
We have a midlevel forum.Maybe a pp forum that is not just for physicians? Social workers, etc can post on there.
Well, I will join the PP forum if you start one.I don't think those are anything more than a drop in the bucket.
Huge trend in primary care and medical subspecialties of smaller practices getting bought up into conglomerates/hospital systems.
Yep.
