MD for liberal arts student?

I think you are approaching this from the wrong angle. Truth is that almost every medical school offers the things you listed, and every medical school is happy to take a suitably qualified student, whether from a liberal arts college or research university. So you should simply identify your interests, and don't let your LAC history be your defining characteristic.

Most famously, Columbia heavily emphasizes extracurricular activities. Yale also offers a rather unique unstructured curriculum so that students will take the initiative. Mt Sinai frequently advertises their community service, which makes sense since their hospital came first. These are very top-tier schools, but I find that such elite schools are willing to risk an unorthodox curriculum.
