generally how competitive are MD PHD programs? are they more or less competitive than MD if you have a good research background?

Are anyone here applying to one and would be willing to share their thoughts on it? and is it at all advised to apply to some MD/PHD and some MD programs?

I'm not trying to be mean, but there have been a number of threads in this forum on both of these topics. You probably didn't know about this forum or you would have posted your questions here initially, so I would recommend using the search function first and then ask any questions that those threads can't answer. This is probably the quickest, easiest way to get your answers 🙂.
