MD/PhD situation

So I began this process thinking I really wanted to do a MD/PhD and therefore applied to many MD/PhD programs as well as a few MD programs. I was accepted to one MD/PhD program and 3 other MD programs. At this point, after working in the clinic for the past year, I have decided that I want to spend much more time as a clinician rather than a researcher. One school that I have been accepted to has accepted me both MD and MD/PhD. If I withdraw the MD/PhD acceptance, can I still keep my MD acceptance?
