   • Poster presentation at university's undergraduate science symposium -- 1st place poster presentation
   • Presenting poster and short talk at international conference
   • working on an honors thesis

   • no specific shadowing experience yet -- interrupted due to COVID, but definitely planning to address during my gap year

Please let me know any advice you may have for me in general. I would also love some advice on a school list. I am not really sure where or when to get started, but I am currently planning on applying to around 20 MSTP programs in the Midwest, East Coast, and West Coast.

50 hours of physician shadowing, including primary care, would help. Your ECs are very good.
