MD Postdoc Opportunities.

I have done MD and recently completed MS in Molecular Biology to get better insight of the challanging and excitting world of basic research, due to some factors i cannot afford PhD ( Time wise), thats why decided to go on for postdoctoral training, please let me the best approach to get a postdoctoral fellowship, i also got funding from my home institution for three years.I have to do it any way cause research is what i want,( currently i am attending physician in IM). I have also experience teaching undergraduate medical students.please let me know how much i have chances to get a postdoctoral position.
