A. The final velocity is greater than average velocity.
B. The final velocity is equal to average velocity.
C. The final velocity is less than average velocity.
D. Relationship can not be determined from information given.

The answer is D. I don't understand why the answer isn't A.

Nevermind. I understand. It could be negative acceleration.

Or it could be going in a circle! Since acceleration is a vector quantity, an object traveling in circles is accelerating, even if its speed stays constant.
