hello guys... We've been told to use the book for our upcoming pre-test on November 18, 2013.. sadly the book is already pulled out in the library for the sole reason that the book is already old.. I've been trying to search the ebooks online for hours and still it didn't come up,... any suggestions where could I find it?
Our professor told us to read the book's chapter 1 2 3 4 or 5 and the derived positions at the back of the book..
