"Med/neuro" prelim?

While filling out my ERAS application (the latest of the late, I know), I realized there was a preliminary program listed for Columbia as "med/neuro." Does anybody know what that means? I think this was Columbia at least...finding prelims that correspond to the PGY-2 years has been a bit of a pain in some cases. But med/neuro sounds cool if they will let me do some neuro in my first year...anyone know if that's the case? thanks!
