I was curious, does anyone know if doing med/peds would be considered "OK" for the NHSC scholorship??

NHSC is no longer approving combined residencies (other than fortunate people like myself who started residency before they changed the rules). Now you must complete residency training in a categorical FP, Peds, IM, or OB program prior to beginning your scholarship obligations. Wow.... I was completely unaware of this new rule.... Since when did they implement this. I was under the impression that it's still possible to do a combined residency as far as when I called them a couple of months ago.
