You do not need to take a gap year with your stats and ECs. Spending a gap year at cosmetology school would not be seen favorably by medical schools. You should add East Tennessee to your list and consider adding these schools:
Washington University (in St. Louis-almost a guaranteed interview with your stats)
St. Louis
Northwestern
USF Morsani
Duke
Hofstra
Einstein
Mount Sinai
Boston University
Kaiser
Remove Drexel since they will "yield protect" with your stats.

I agree your stats should green-light you for an application. So why are you thinking about a gap year? (I want to see your answer before I go into my critique of where you obviously are deficient to see if your intuition is on the mark.)

It also helps if you followed the WAMC template.

I want to do more research, and since I did well on MCAT, I was offered to work as a tutor and possibly a manager position at a private tutoring business

What will you do for community service? You have the tutoring or teaching bucket already addressed. Science museum work counts as adjacent to teaching. I appreciate teaching adults to read. Just wondering if there is more service orientation that doesn't involve teaching.
