Med Students Qualify for NY TAP?

Just wondering if Graduate students are eligible for TAP? I've been ineligible for two years and not sure why.

I don't think so. Once you graduate from your undergrad, I believe you're no longer able to receive TAP. I applied twice just for the hell of it as a medical student and I got rejected both times.
