media questions for step II

Hi all,
So i heard there were media questions on step II CK now. Just curious to see how many people have traditionally been getting and what the experience has been so far (hard, easy,etc).

Had two - Both were heart murmurs, one in a child and the other in an adult. One I could get without the media part, just by reading the question. The other was very difficult because it was somewhat hard to hear using their system. They are well done though - i.e. you can look at the carotid to gauge which heart sound you're listening to, etc.

Yeah, had two media questions. Both came at the end of the block as the last question. At least with the headphones I was using, I found one of them a little hard to decipher audio wise. Was pretty easy to pop on the headset to answer the question. Didn't take any extra time/trouble really. Don't sweat these.

I had two cardio and didnt open the media either time. They were pretty classic descriptions.

I only had two also (adult and kid). Both required listening to answer the question. The quality was excellent.

Had two, looks like same questions, adult and a kid
