I am enrolled in a 4-course medical interpreting certificate that is not part of my undergrad curriculum. Do I still have to report the grades/send transcripts?

probably. Check with AMCAS/ the schools you applied to just to be safe. I had to send a transcript to AMCAS from a community college where I took an art class during high school, which already appeared on my undergraduate transcript. I also had to send that transcript to my school
