I heard that sometimes medical school applicants are asked questions about certain aspects of healthcare. For example: "If you were treating a patient and prescribed them medication and they couldn't afford it, how would you respond?" What would the answer to this be?
I thought of another question. What if an adult patient had a mental disorder (and because people with mental disorders are unaware that they are doing it) falsely believe they are normal, and resist going to treatment or appointment to a Psychiatrist. Could the parents or relatives force this patient to the treatment center? What if a patient skips it?
Thanks!
