I took a medical leave for 1 wk and than resigned from residency last year. now I am applying to residency again. will i encounter any issues when I apply for training license or state medical license? Thank you

Maybe, but you should concentrate on getting a spot now. That's your biggest hurdle.

Training probably not, you are by definition supervised. For full license be prepared to fully explain what happened. Again, biggest hurdle is to land a spot and securing full board certification.
