I keep getting told about a medical malpractice journal or leaflet that some EM attendings get which details lots of medical malpractice cases. I think its a subscription, and I've been trying to locate it to no avail. I was wondering if anyone knew what it could be?

why do you get that feeling?

And do i get access to all the past ones if I pay?

Yes, you get access to all the old issues and can search for any topic of relevant interest. It's a nice journal and podcast though it is a bit pricey. I do also have my doubts as to how long they can continue it as Bukata and Henry have got to be early 70s at least. What's more is that they haven't really introduced anyone onto the program that could take over the mantle so to speak. That being said, it's not like the material is physically demanding or anything so I suppose they could keep doing it as long as they wanted.

thanks! It would only be $150 for me each year for the next 4 years or so, which is great.
