I'm sure a book or website somewhere exists that neatly covers most of the origins of the medical terms and what they mean but I haven't seen it yet. I found this for anatomy but it really only covers anatomy.

Check out Stedman's Medical Dictionary (library). It gives the origins and meanings of medical terms. I know it's not a website but it contains the information that you need.
