Hi everyone,

I hope everyone is doing well. I did a total of 105 hours of doctor shadowing in US and 75 hours of PA shadowing. Should I include my PA shadowing in my application? Thanks!

I think your 105 hours of physician shadowing are more than sufficient. No need to include your PA shadowing hours! If you had a particularly meaningful experience and you want to include it somehow, you may be able to talk about it in an essay regarding how you know you want to be a physician as opposed to a PA. Goro is an ADCOM, and he knows better, but if you have the space I would say include it! Now it depends how you put it also. I am thinking of putting it more along the lines of - "Oh I explored other aspects of medicine too 1) to rule out other med careers. 2) just to increase my knowledge about how different professions of medical field come together." etc.
But yes your 105 physician shadowing hours are great by itself.
