As far as easy vs. hard, the actual material in med school is not hard, in my opinion. Sometimes I think of what we did in undergrad calc and physics, and that crap was WAY harder. As I'm sure you've heard, the problem with med school is there is so MUCH to learn. You don't retain it all, but what you're left with is the important stuff, plus something more valuable: the perspective and background to understand new information, or facts that you'll need to look up (because you forgot it, or never learned it). Don't take this to mean you won't learn a lot, because you sure will. But the understanding part is a lot more important.
And as far as the OMM stuff, I'm a woman that's been blessed in the breast department, and while I'm not overweight, I'm not a twig either. It was a bit uncomfortable at first, especially with certain techniques. But we get over it pretty quickly. Everyone has flaws. Some people in my class are overweight, some are obese, some are practically skeletal, some have lots of body hair, some people have acne, some have scars, etc.
If any women are reading this that have trouble finding sports bras with enough support or coverage, try titlenine.com. Expensive, but worth it for me.
