Medical School Requirement vs. Undergrad requirement

I am going to be attending UCDAVIS for undergrad in the fall
and i was considering what courses to take and which ap credit to take as well

but ive heard rumors or rather word from mouth that medical schools only take credit on ap chem and ap physics if u get 5's so does that mean i have to essentially start over and not use any of the ap credit and retake courses?

also anyone going to davis with a biology major?

Medical schools are happy with whatever your undergrad gives you in most cases. However, seeing as how you're going to a CA school, I'd be more careful, because I heard some of the medical schools there don't honor AP credit, regardless of whether the undergrad does or not.

A lot of schools will only take 1 semester of AP credit for use as a pre-req.
