>I want to go to medical school.
>I am in my mid 20s.
>My mother is deceased, and my father(only possible cosigner) is quite poor with awful credit.
>Neither my father or I has saved any money for medical school.
>If I get into medical school I would have to fund it entirely off of grants, loans, and scholarships.
>I don't have any credit card debt.
>I was injured when I was about 18 or 19, and I accrued so much debt from medical bills that there was no way I could even begin to pay it off whilst working for minimum wage.
What do, SDN? 😕 😕
I assume that medical school loans are similar to undergrad loans in that they are based off of credit score, correct?
Does this mean that I should just allow my lifelong goals & dreams to dry up like a raisin in the sun due to finances?
Thank you for reading this,
