I am a Canadian student with a 3.7 GPA in my last two years of school, but only 3.3 over all four years. There is one Canadian school (Dalhousie) that only evaluates these last two years on your application, but it has limited enrollment. I am wondering if there are any US schools, DO or Allopathic, that would only consider the last two years of study?

I'm actually interested in finding this out as well.

There are a couple US schools, like UW, that calculate your GPA giving more weight to the final years. Most will give consideration to applicants with an upward grade trend. I cannot think of any that ONLY look at the last two years.

I agree with this. To an extent they all care about your more recent academic performance, but none will outright ignore your earlier work. You're just given a lot more leeway with a poor freshman performance.

Don't apply for graduation and do one more full time year. Try to do better than 3.7 and you will satisfy athe academic criteria for most Canadian schools. One year is a small sacrifice in the grand scheme of things, but it has to be before graduation. I only read your post, so if this was already suggested here, oh, well!
