I saw some previous posts from a few years back but wanted to open up the question once more. Are there any free medical spell checkers for MS Word out there? I've been looking all over and haven't found one.

You can point your microsoft office products toward any custom dictionary, such as the one above.

ha, well i couldn't find the exact one that i downloaded 2 years ago, and i thought at first glance that one was similar. just do some googling and you'll find what you need.

I am also interested in something like this. Phonix definitely does not work for me.
