I have apparently used up all my slots on the custom dictionary on word with medical terminology for just 4 weeks of school. 😡

Does anyone know of any good free medical spell checkers that work with MS Word? There are a few that look great except for the fact that they cost over $150.

bumpers ... I know someone uses spell check out there.

I know there used to be a free one - Medispell. SDN even had it as a link and I installed it and it worked wonderfully. Apparently, they've found out what a gem they have and have started charging for it. I searched and searched for a free one - let me know if you find one.

Thanks - I'm still looking 🙁

Ah.. I have the stedmans dictonary on my computer and was a little miffed that it didn't automatically add a spell checker to word. I see now that they can make more $ this way.
