So I was watching tv and that dumb commercial for christian mingle came on and I thought to myself why isn't there a dating website for people in the medical profession. It could be both for people within medicine who want to date each other and for people who just want to date medical professionals. It shouldn't be limited to just doctors though. PAs, NPs, nurses, anyone who does something medical could make an account and if they are in medicine the profile could have a blue background or something to distinguish from non medical people who could also make an account.

I took intro to java my freshman year and I think with some help I could set this up. Does anyone think this is a good idea? It could be free for people in medicine and charge a fee for non-medical people. Personally I think this would work and if it did start to generate decent revenue I could sell it to yahoo or something and make a couple million so I don't have to take out loans for medical school. For the record I'm a senior at a top public undergrad (it rhymes with uc smirkley) with a 3.5c/3.3s and I took the mcat over the summer and got a 31 (11p/10v/10b).
 
I've heard of successful dating sites with much less premise. Why not, web hosting is pretty cheap right? Hopefully you'd have a way to verify accounts but if the other guys can make it work I don't see why not
 
LOL, I really don't think doctors will have a hard time to find that "one".
 
Haha I like how you included your MCAT score as if you're applying for the opportunity to do this.
 
Make sure there is a filter option for M.Ds, D.O.s, Caribbean M.Ds!
 
I know this is a little off topic but, are any of you guys concerned about marrying a gold digger.
I know most of the men here don't care as long as the girl is good looking but, what about you ladies has the concern that your future husband might just want you for money?
Ever since I got accepted there been a bunch of 'friends' claiming they know the perfect guy for me.

I'm single, looking to mingle guys. MCAT is a 31Q, so I'm a little self-conscious about that. Looking ideally for someone who has great leadership EC...if you took biochem in undergrad its a + but not required.

Oh, and if you're a reapplicant, don't even bother messaging me. Just not my type. No offense or anything.
