Medium waitlisted at Touro

after reading some threads, I have realized there's not much chance for me this year. it's just too disappointing.
has anyone pulled out of Med alternate waitlist to be accepted at Touro, CA?
I am thinking to send more rec letter and my PCAT score.
please help

don't give up. Many student for some sort of reason prefer other pharmacy school than Touro and when they decline acceptance/ waitlist, then the high alternative will get the next chance. But a lot of high alternative in SDN forum I read, alot of them got accepted to other CA pharmacy school (many declined already) so chance of medium alternate will have some chance of getting accepted too!

So far, I didn't get accepted anywhere. HW for Touro, decline CNCP, rejected from UOP, still waiting for LLU, USC, Western. I have a feeling that 3 more rejection will come home soon but I wont give up until a thin letter comes home!😉

It would be tough but it's different year after year. Last year, based on reading SDN alone, no Med Alt people got in and High Alt had to sit in the first of class to wait for people to drop.
I am not sure how many people they put in each tier.

I remember Steve was telling us that they had pulled everyone from HW last year...However, one of my friends was on HW last year and he told me other. He was not offered a seat for the class for the same year, but was offered a seat for the following year... So even High wait listers are not guaranteed to get in at the same year... which sucks. But it worked out for him because he was accepted to UOP (wait listed and Touro but accepted at UOP... did not make sense to me either).

i got rejected by UOP and got into western
have my interview for USC next sat..
doesn't make sense to me either..

i heard that they will update their waitlist at the end of april or march. So hopefully people with med alternate wil have their med alterternate changed to high alternate....

Your best chance right now is with other schools if you applied to more than one school.
