Meharry interview

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
It's almost that time. Maybe we will be future classmates you guys. 😀

I'm can't lie, I am sooooooo nervous! Geesh! Just to think, it's ONLY one day away and Meharry was my ONLY interview! Yikes. :xf::xf::xf::xf::xf:

Lets keep this thread ALIVE! Anyone else nervous as I am?

I had an interview here in my home state that seemed quite different that Meharry's.

What was everyone else's interviews at Meharry like? My first guy did all the talking really and the second guy really let me do all the talking, but I couldn't really get a feel of how I did.

Does anyone know how much the group session puts into account our acceptance, I was super tired (I had just driven down from Iowa) and kind of just sat there and listened in anxiousness for the interviews haha.

Also, I feel that I wasn't sold on the school until the current students took us around, it was really cool seeing the friendliness and comradery that the students had.

On my interview day they had an administration meeting so they had to find new interviewers at the last minute. My first interviewer ask several tough questions about politics, etc but luckily I was honest and answered to the best of my ability. It was closed file, as a matter of fact, he didn't even have my file with him. In the end he seemed pleased.

My second interviewer was extremely nice and the interview was very conversational. I am sure I impressed her.

For the interview day we just sat in this one room listening to the faculty and students until interview time. We only had the opportunity to view the inside of the dental building because it was terribly cold and rainy on interview day. Besides the fact that this is my only interview so far, I really loved that fact that Meharry has a family oriented environment.
