i dont know if anyone else has tried this, but as you all prob know taking melatonin can help put you to sleep easily. its what ppl take for jet lag. This isnt something i would condone for regular use, but i think taking some melatonin early in the day before your dat will def give a FULL NIGHT of sleep. they have these melatonin brownies called "lazy cakes" i took for a trial run last week. I took it at 8pm feel asleep around 11pm, woke up FULLY REFRESHED 8 am next morning. I have my dat in a few days at 8am about 45 minutes away from where i live and im planning on taking another one of those brownies around 6 pm the day before so i can wake up refreshed early enough to eat breakfast, drive, and arrive on time. I checked and these brownies have 8mg melatonin, you can buy the pills at health food stores but i rather just eat the brownie since there only like 5 bucks.
im just saying, you dont want to be so nervous the night before the exam and end up getting little sleep, which will make your exam that much more miserable. you all know what im talking about. i feel having a clear mind is really important when taking a test like the DAT. I WOULD RECCOMEND A TRIAL RUN BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY TAKE IT FOR THE EXAM. everyone may react differently to it so be smart and check it out before gameday comes.
well i got my dat coming soon, ill let you all know in the breakdown how it turns out for me.
till then
