i dont know if anyone else has tried this, but as you all prob know taking melatonin can help put you to sleep easily. its what ppl take for jet lag. This isnt something i would condone for regular use, but i think taking some melatonin early in the day before your dat will def give a FULL NIGHT of sleep. they have these melatonin brownies called "lazy cakes" i took for a trial run last week. I took it at 8pm feel asleep around 11pm, woke up FULLY REFRESHED 8 am next morning. I have my dat in a few days at 8am about 45 minutes away from where i live and im planning on taking another one of those brownies around 6 pm the day before so i can wake up refreshed early enough to eat breakfast, drive, and arrive on time. I checked and these brownies have 8mg melatonin, you can buy the pills at health food stores but i rather just eat the brownie since there only like 5 bucks.

im just saying, you dont want to be so nervous the night before the exam and end up getting little sleep, which will make your exam that much more miserable. you all know what im talking about. i feel having a clear mind is really important when taking a test like the DAT. I WOULD RECCOMEND A TRIAL RUN BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY TAKE IT FOR THE EXAM. everyone may react differently to it so be smart and check it out before gameday comes.

well i got my dat coming soon, ill let you all know in the breakdown how it turns out for me.

till then

haha that is SO weird....
ive taken regular melatonin before from whole foods & it works just as well and quicker? just put it under ur tongue turn the lights off & ull be out.
however i feel supplements like melatonin make ur brain "wakeup" slower than normal, i think i read that somewhere. but anyway if this brownie works for u...thats coool haha
gluck on ur dat

Haha. I once bought a bottle of melatonin... but then I didn't use it. After reading all the side effects.... it scared me....

well thats why i said its not something to take regularly and also why you should take it for a test drive first. it might help you out:luck:

Took caffeine pills every single day for about a month until a week before the test day... I stopped taking them but for that whole week leading up to the test and on the test day, I was super focused 🙄

You never know.

I used hash brownies. I did AWESOME on the PAT for some reason, but I couldn't even finish reading one RC section 🙁

caffeine pills:scared::scared::scared: those are really bad for your heart and i've heard of ppl getting addicted to them.

hash brownies:laugh::laugh::laugh: c'mon maybe for studying but not for the test lol
