Sorry if this is a silly question
in idiopathic membranous nephropathy
antibodies are directed againt the PLA2 receptor on the basal surface of podocytes
i wonder how the antibody managed to get there if immunoglobulins
are -vely charged in blood and are larger in size compared to albumin ???

I think it's immune complexes that get deposited.
