I heard a lot that repitition is the key in med school so i will try to do this experiment, no active recall no anki no practice question (maybe in the end to test how well did i do) :

I will need :
1- one page of notes
2-10 minutes each day
3-10 days in a row

1-read each day (not before bed) my notes for 5-10 minutes in 10 days in a row = 50min-1h40min of reading time
2- day 10 : do practice question and explain everyrhing to my gf from memory

And i will tell you the results

It's very easy to increase your memory capacity for med school, just decrease its function in other areas. For example, I've practically turned off my autobiographical memory. No idea what I did yesterday, this morning, or 8 years ago, but I'll always remember my GSDs and what refsum's disease is.
