I am really freaking out right now because I have my DAT scheduled on 7/29 and all 3 of my TopScore tests were roughly the same...while one test I have good science and bad PAT/RC/QR, the other test I have bad science and good PAT/RC/QR...seems like I have problems with EVERY section. I've been studying cliff's bio AP and Kaplan BB. Finished Destroyer and just bought Cliff's AP gchem because I seem to have alot of problems on that section. Should I even bother taking out my campbell textbook and ochem textbook to study now or just try to remember everything in AP bio/AP gchem and ochem?

my AA is roughly 20-21 on all 3 TopScore tests

21-22 on RC and QR and PAT

TS is always 20

I feel so bummed I don't know what else I could possibly do to raise my score

I would just chill out, those look like pretty good topscore scores. I am taking the DAT Aug 7th and scoring worse than you in QR.

haha...it's hard to chill out because I just took my 3rd TopScore test and keeping a decent 22 on RC QR and PAT, but my bio gchem orgo were **itty...only 19 19 17... I've been studying hard and keeping a positive thought of wanting to get a 24AA (i know...its impossible) but its really depressing because I got an 18 AA on my first official DAT and I scored like 20 21 on my TopScore last year...soooo iono...the pressure is extremely heavy

I also take mine on Wed. I would say don't worry about that, practice tests are there for PRACTICE, so use them to learn from your mistakes. Pinpoint which areas you need to brush up on and take the two days until wed to work on them. g luck to us both 👍

If you don't stop freaking out like this, I can assure you that you'll perform poorly on the real exam.

I think my Topscore scores went down each test despite studying more (obviously)...so hope that helps.

Those are some pretty solid Topscore results. You need to calm down. You mental health is important during test day and if you give yourself anymore stress you may end up losing your focus.

Way to inspire confidence! lol.

But seriously, Topscore is usually on the low end, IMO, of what you may score. I never got above a 19 on TS and got a 21 on the real thing. Don't freak out, know that you have studied hard, and seriously, calm down. Remember, it's just a stupid test, you can take it again if needed.

You try to inspire someone, if they have a hard time starting a process. The OP is almost done with this process, so there's no point for me to try to inspire him/her. Besides, he/she has solid scores, so I bet he/she is inspired enough and has worked hard enough to earn these scores. At this point, he/she simply needs to relax, so that all his/her hard work doesn't go to waste!

hey i'm taking mine on the 29th as well!!

it's a lucky day, don't worry about it!
