Messed Up Transcript - should I send it in?

I have a question and I was wondering what you guys think I should do. I was unable to attend one of my exams this past semester because of a death in the family. Right now, it shows up as an F because I haven't taken the final exam yet but I will be hopefully allowed to write the final and have a mark entered in for it. My quesiton is this...I applied on like June 2 but haven't submitted my transcripts. It will take another month or so before the university marks on my transcript that the course is still in progress and remove that mark. My DAT will be written in August now (i 'm gonna go change it because I haven't studied enough). SHould I send in my transcripts now so my app can be mailed out early or wait about a month before I send them in? Without the F, my GPA is a 3.71. With it, it's a 3.59 (i can't believe one half course makes such a big difference). What should I do? If I send in my transcripts now to AADSAS, and have them send my app to the schools I applied to, could I then send all the schools updated transcripts? Will these schools bother to recalculate my GPA or will they just stick with the AADSAS GPA? This looks so messed up on my transcripts. Last semester my grades were A,A, A-, A-, and an F. What would you guys do?

I dunno. Maybe you could explain it in your essay. Though it might be safer to wait the extra time and send it as soon as it is fixed.

I would wait. Since you are not taking the DAT until August there is no need to send your transcripts in until that time. There will be plenty of interviews left.
